In 2020, we purchased our first flat knitting machines and plunged into new production. “If you want to do something well, do it yourself” - folk wisdom inspired us with confidence that everything would work out.
Despite twenty years of experience in cut knitwear, knitting turned out to be a tough nut to crack. Here, the details (coupons) are knitted entirely from yarn, and not cut from a ready-made knitted fabric. Thus, our designers have more creative freedom, but their ideas have to be implemented taking into account a more complex technological chain.
The buildup took about a year. We had experience and a team “charged” for success on our side. The result obtained met our expectations and was to the taste of the customers. At the last CJF, "bunting" won applause and was the main magnet at our booth.
The line of knitted jersey is intended for children from 1 month to 13 years. A total of about 20 models, 15 colors. Products for babies up to 2 years old are knitted from cotton. Such products can be worn immediately on the body, they are pleasant to wear, absorb moisture well and “breathe”.
For older children, we use both cotton and eco-friendly acrylic, a high-quality modern “nano-wool” with many advantages. Products made from it are beautiful, warm, comfortable, and also more practical: they are resistant to stains and odors, they are easy to care for and they do not “age”.
Now is the season and knitwear is at the peak of sales. In hits, spectacular cardigans in 7 colors. They go well with any outfit, look stylish and are inexpensive.
Also, stylish, super-comfortable and warm loose-fitting suits just “fly away”. Children like them so much that we have developed a model for toddlers. To be honest, we do not have time to knit them.
The collection of accessories also sells well: blankets, hats and scarves. For those who do not like to tie a scarf, we have come up with a special loop-slot in it - now it will never get lost!
Now the entire range of Bossa Nova is of its own production. Everything, from idea to implementation, takes place at our factory, which is located in the city of Pyatigorsk, a specially protected eco-resort region of Russia. It is very convenient for our clients.
