Our production is based at the Maschuk garment factory, which has a long and glorious history. However, like all giants of the Soviet era, the Maschuk Association struggled to survive the 1990s. Maschuk was on the verge of disappearing. But it endured.
The origins of the Mashuk factory can be traced back to the 1930s, when a clothing association was created that had been in operation for decades and virtually collapsed during the years of perestroika.
The modern history of the Mashuk begins in 1999. The manufacturing facility experienced a rebirth and was completely modernized and re-equipped for the production of knitwear. The first products under the Bossa Nova brand name were released on the market.
Five years after the modernization, the management of the Mashuk company succeeded in signing a contract with one of the world's largest retail chains, the Auchan hypermarket chain.
It was a milestone year in the company's history. The first retail stores of the branded chain Bossa Nova were opened. In addition to the presence in the federal retail chains, it was decided to increase the share of regional distributors and the development of its own retail.
Bossa Nova has been starting to conquer the Internet. A cooperation agreement with one of the country's major online retailers was an important point in the transition to online sales.
Collaboration with Wildberries, the online retail giant, has opened the way for Bossa Nova to reach an audience of millions of people anywhere in the country. We are now closer to our customer, we are in contact and we pay accurate attention to feedback.
We were pleased that our efforts and expertise were appreciated. That year we became laureates of the All-Russian competition 100 Best Goods of Russia. This quality mark is stamped on our labels.
A new production line has been launched. New items quickly became sales hits and today we already produce 15,000 products per month.

AS WE OWN A WELL-KNOWN BRAND, WE DO NOT OUTSOURCE PRODUCTION. Year after year we invest in our own factory and are proud to take our customers on a tour of its premises. Now we have involved more than 5,000 m2 for cut knitwear, and about 500m2 for crocheted garments.
